What is so con-demn-ocratic about Sonia Gandhi asking Congress Ministers to give up discretionary powers?
a) It is akin to expecting carnivorous animals to subsist on grass & leaves
b) Can she give up Quattrochi to the CBI?
c) Can the Central Government give up control over the CBI and allow it to function in a fair
and just way?
